I'm not just doing UI and UX design. Also doing...

#mentorship
#organize skill sharing
I have been in the field of product design for 6 years. Originally, I was a graphic designer, but due to my keen interest in the experience economy, I stepped into the field of UX. My passion for business knowledge keeps me constantly absorbing various business thinking knowledge and applying it to my work, making my design have a greater business impact.
Outside of the work
In addition, I'm a person who loves to share and learn. I firmly believe that the input-output learning method is the best way to learn. Therefore, outside of work, I have 4 identities:
As a mentor of ADPList, I successfully helped 2 designers find their first UIUX job.

As a Notion sharer, I have achieved 95% of my personal goals with Notion and successfully reduced team communication costs by 50%. Then, I found that many people have difficulties in organize things, so I decided to share my experience to everyone.

Reading is one way for me to gain knowledge. Besides reading UX and product-related books, I also love reading about entrepreneurship, marketing, and other business topics. I truly believe that using design thinking to create user-centered designs can help my job achieve business goals and take their products to the next level.
No matter where I am, I actively participate in UX or Product Development meet-ups and conferences, which allows me to know more people who are working in similar fields or have the same interesting. From there, I can learn how they work, how they approach the problems through design from various perspectives.

My past travel experiences have led me to become a remote worker and minimalist. I enjoy exploring every corner of countries and cities through travel, in order to learn about the local way of life, shopping, transportation, and more. Minimalism has turned me into a planner, simplifying the trivialities and allowing me to focus on valuable things.
